COECG Holds New Year's Staff Mobilization Meeting

    February 9th, 2011, COECG holds this year's staff mobilization meeting. The meeting is hosted by vice bureau chief Mr Tan, with the presence of Board director Zhao Zhisheng, Bureau Chief Wang Xinsheng, General Secretary Lu Guoqing as well as other senior management personnel.

    The meeting starts with a conclusion for last year's corporate performance, and then comes to the focus of putting forward business goals, and working out strategies for 2011. New year's requirements have also been put forward on every staff of COECG.

    The meeting comes to an end with the conclusion speech of Mr Zhao Zhisheng, he points out that this year, 2011, is an important year for COECG, we have so many challenges from both inside and outside the corporation. And to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities, we need to:first of all, bear in mind a clear view of our own position. Stay pragmatic and meanwhile strive for inovation. A good sense of responsibility and sound working efficiency is highly urged. second, corporate porformance relies heavily on the passion and ambition of every employee of COECG. COECG shall provide enough space for young talents, those who bear dreams, to exercise their brilliant ideas and demonstrate their genius. Therefore, a continuous modification of corresponding stimulation and punishment institution has to be carried out.

    Last but not least, Chairman Zhao Zhisheng stressed that young talents is where the key of COECG's future lies, thus a sound platform and excellent career opportunities must be secured, which is of long term significance.
